A rare treasure among teas – Jin Jun Mei
Jin Jun Mei is a variant of Zhengshan Xiaozhong tea. The name ‘Jun Mei’ derives from the tea leaves’ resemblance to human eyebrows, combined with the character ‘Jun’ from the founder Liang Jun De’s name. The tea is made from the buds of local high-altitude rare tea varieties, processed through withering, rolling, fermentation, and drying. The finished tea has a sweet and fragrant flavour, a unique taste, and distinctive characteristics such as a golden yellow infusion colour, a sweet aftertaste, and a fragrant aroma.

Brewing Method
- It is best to use a white porcelain bowl with a lid as tea ware. The ratio of tea to water is 1:20, and the water temperature is 95-100°C. Pour water and wait 5 seconds before pouring out the tea. It can be brewed 5-7 times.
