Brewing Method
Rinse the tea set with 90-95℃ hot water to clean the utensils and raise the temperature of the tea set, which helps to release the aroma. It is recommended to pour 5 grams of tea per 150 ml of water (tea to water ratio of 1:30), which can be adjusted according to personal taste. Use 90-95℃ hot water for brewing to avoid high temperature destroying the delicate flavor of tea.
