Ten-year-old white tea Shoumei

Shoumei is one of the important varieties of Fuding white tea and also one of the higher-quality tea products. Shoumei refers to a white tea product made from the tender shoots or leaves of the Da Bai tea plant, Water仙 tea plant, or group variety tea plant, processed through characteristic steps such as withering, drying, and sorting. The fresh leaves used for Shoumei are relatively mature, with higher levels of tea polysaccharides in the leaves and particularly high levels in the tea stems. During the later conversion process, Shoumei exhibits a distinct advantage in terms of aroma.
