Mengding Yellow Buds is one of the bud-shaped yellow teas, produced in Mengding Mountain, Ya’an City, Sichuan Province. Mengding Yellow Sprout has a flat and straight shape, uniform buds, tender yellow colour, exposed buds, long floral aroma, yellow soup colour, fresh and mellow taste and sweetness, and the whole buds on the bottom of the leaves are tender and yellow.

Brewing Method
Water temperature: recommended between 80-90 ℃, tender buds tea (such as Meng Ding yellow buds) should be used 75-85 ℃ 12, to avoid high temperature damage to the tender taste
Tea to water ratio: recommended for brewing in a bowl 1:50 (such as 5 grams of tea with 250ml of water) glass cups can be 1:30 (3 grams of tea with 150ml of water) utensils: glass cups are convenient to watch the tea leaves stretching, the cover bowl is suitable for controlling the soup time. (e.g. 5 grams of tea with 250ml of water) Glass cups can be used 1:30 (3 grams of tea with 150ml of water)
Utensils: Glass cups are convenient for viewing the tea leaves spreading, and covered bowls are suitable for controlling the time of soup.
